HiJinx Brewing Company, the Lehigh Valley’s premiere nano-brewery, is fully licensed and working hard to bring beers to the market. The Idea for HiJinx Brewing Company was born out of a fierce passion for great beer. After 15 years of brewing I have decided to make the product of my passion available to others. The last five years have been spent perfecting my recipes and entering my beers in amateur brewing competions for critical feedback. The results… numerous medals, ribbons, and awards including a gold medal at the Masters Championship of Amateur Brewing.
